Plans and billing belong to the organization, not to a single project: every project in the organization shares its plan’s limits. Open Billing in the dashboard. Only owners and admins can change billing.

Choose a plan

  1. Billing → Upgrade (or Change plan).
  2. Pick a plan. Compare them on Plans and limits.
  3. For a paid plan, you’re sent to a secure payment page (run by our payment provider, Paystack), then brought back. The plan becomes active once the payment is confirmed.
Prices are shown in your currency for reference. The payment page shows exactly what you’ll be charged. Choosing the plan you’re already on does nothing. A plan that’s been retired can’t be chosen.

Move to the free plan

Choose Free. No payment is needed. If your organization has more projects than the free plan allows, you’re told how many to delete first.

Cancel

Cancel stops your plan renewing. You keep the plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then move to the free plan. The free plan has nothing to cancel.

Update your card

Update card opens the payment provider’s page for the card on your subscription.

If a payment fails

The dashboard tells you the last payment failed and asks you to update your card to keep the plan. Update it under Billing.

Promotion codes

A promotion code (like PAWA-XXXX-XXXX) gives an organization a paid plan free for a number of days. Enter it under Billing → Have a promotion code? A code works when: When the promotion ends, the organization goes back to the free plan on its own unless you choose a paid plan. To stop guessing, too many wrong codes in a row make you wait an hour.

Organization activity

The dashboard keeps a list of changes to projects and billing in the organization, newest first: who changed the plan, created or deleted a project, and when.
